Fundraising
We are delighted to report that just over €308,000 was raised for charity through the Cork City Marathon in 2025, which included a Marathon, Half Marathon, and 10K Race. Our races take place every year on the Sunday of the June Bank Holiday Weekend and continue to grow as a powerful platform for charitable giving.
Following on from €200,000 raised in 2024, we’re thrilled to see such strong momentum as we strive to double the amount we raise for charity over the coming years.
The Cork City Marathon is now once again organised by Cork City Council, and we are fully committed to making this event one of the biggest charity fundraisers on the Irish sporting calendar. We’re planning a dedicated charity campaign and will be actively promoting fundraising efforts across our social media channels to support participants in their goals.
Please Note: The fundraising campaign is operated by a third-party company, Eventmaster. We strongly recommend that you read their GDPR and Privacy Policy before engaging with the service.
