2018 Dog Fouling Awareness Campaign

On 6th March, Cork City Council launched the 2018 Anti Dog Fouling Awareness Campaign with the announcement of the overall winner of the primary schools poster competition which was sponsored by Maxi Zoo Ireland largest pet retailer.

The event was attended by over 400 pupils from the 12 schools who participated in the poster competition.

The standard of entries was extremely high this year so much so that instead of the normal 25 winners (1 from each 4th & 5th class and 1 overall winner) we ended up having 32 winners.

Leah Moore a 4th class pupil from Ballintemple National School was selected as the overall winner.
