Comment Card

Cork City Council values views and feedback on the services we provide. To this end, we have produced a Comment Card to assist us in continuously reviewing the provision of services. Comment cards are available at all public offices and on-line. Completed Comment Cards may be returned to the Customer Care Section, Corporate Affairs, City Hall, Cork.

The Customer Care section will maintain a record of all completed cards received, identify any trends, and report quarterly at Customer Focus Committee meetings on findings. Completed Comment Cards returned to the Customer Care Section will not be acknowledged. They are not to be used by individuals wishing to make a complaint. Any person who wishes to make a complaint should write to the
