Request Personal Information from Cork City Council
To obtain any information about you that is held by Cork City Council you should make your request in writing to
Data Protection Officer, Corporate & External Affairs, Cork City Council, City Hall, Cork.
Your request should read as follows: “I wish to make an access request under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 for a copy of any information you keep about me, on computer or in manual form.”

Under Section 4 a fee of €6.35 per request applies. Cheques/Postal Orders should be made payable to Cork City Council.
Data Access Requests will be complied with within 40 days of receipt of the request.
Where reasonable additional information is required to substantiate the request the time frame for responding will run from
receipt of the additional information.
