Affordable Housing Scheme
Cork City Council is currently progressing the delivery of Affordable Housing on several schemes throughout the city, at the following locations:
- Newton Heights, Boherboy Road, Lotamore, Cork
- Crann Darach, Montenotte, Cork
- Coolflugh, Kerry Road, Tower, Cork
- Ardrostig, Bishopstown, Cork
- Heathfield, Carriganarra, Ballincollig, Cork
- Danesfort, Whites Cross, Cork
Cork City Council will publicly advertise, via print and broadcast media, Affordable Housing Schemes when available, for the benefit of interested parties.
These advertisements will direct interested parties to the appropriate website/online platform from where they will be able to access the respective documentation (application forms, FAQs, eligibility criteria, income limits, etc.).

Danesfort, Whites Cross
Cork City Council, in partnership with Vella Homes, are delighted to launch this exciting new affordable scheme in Danesfort, Whites Cross, Cork.
A total of 64 homes, comprising 58 three-bed houses and 6 two-bed houses are being made available for sale under the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme. Applications will be accepted via an online application portal which will go live on Tuesday the 21st of May at 12 noon and will close 12 midnight on Tuesday the 11th of June 2024.
