The Old Cork Waterworks on the Lee Road was renovated and developed as an educational and heritage centre by Cork City Council. The centre now offers a visitor experience that tracks the development of Cork city's public water supply. The Victorian buildings also provide space for primary science education and offer facilities for corporate and conference hire.
