The following venues are featuring Cork on a Fork tasting plates and menus for the duration of the festival, highlighting the best local produce.

The English Market:  Sample the best of Cork produce at The English Market over the week.  

Arthur Maynes:  Signature Cork on a Fork Crostinis and Cocktails.

Sketch and Lafayette at the Imperial: Cork on a Fork Special lunch and birdcage sharing platters filled with Cork produce.

Cornstore: “Tapas on the Terrace” takes place from 2-6pm each day of the festival, in association with Berthas Gin. Enjoy a Summer Gin (a local gin, distilled at Ballyvolane House, Castlelyons) with a choice of locally sourced Cornstore Tapas.

Thyme at Seventy-Six on the Mall: Cork on a Fork 0% Waste Menu.

Quay Co-Op: A special Cork on Fork menu upstairs in the restaurant.

L'Atitude 51:  Cork tasting plates.

The Spitjack:  Enjoy a 2 course Cork on a Fork menu, created with locally sourced fresh ingredients, and meats cooked to perfection on their beautiful Rotisserie.  €32.  Book here:

Oakfire Pizza:  Oakfire a putting on a special Cork Breakfast Pizza for the week, featuring Ballymaloe Pepper Relish, Clonakilty Blackpudding, Flynn's Breakfast Sausage and McCarthy's of Kanturn Smoked Pancetta.  This is the ultimate Cork pizza.

Dwyers of Cork:  Enjoy Dwyer's renowned Cocktail & Gin Trees featuring the best of Kinsale Gin or indulge in the Dwyers of Cork Pairing, which includes their bestseller, The Crispy Chick Burger made with locally sourced produce from The Chicken Inn at the English Market along with two of their Wild Berry Sea cocktails made with Kinsale Gin.  Book here:

O'Flynn's Gourmet Sausage: “Cork Boi” Sandwich, using all local Cork suppliers for the ingredients (O’ Keefe’s Bakery bread, Ballymaloe Relish and their own range of sausages).  Available on Winthrop Street and The English Market.

Greenwich Cafe: Enjoy a complimentary glass of Hazy Summer Mead and bubbles from Kinsale Mead with the cafe’s Weekend Brunch Menu, which is filled with the finest local produce.  Greenwich are also participating in the festival (dis)loyalty card to encourage people to try out different independent coffee shops over the week.

The Maldron Beasley Street:  To celebrate the heritage of Beasley Street, which originally housed milk and butter coming into Cork, The Maldron will serve special Cork bread and butter puddings for the week.

Masseytown Rotisserie Deli:  Enjoy delicious rotisserie meats, deli sandwiches, salads, desserts and more, made from the finest local ingredients.
