The Town and Village Renewal Scheme is an initiative under the Government’s Action Plan for Rural Development and is part of a range of measures to support the revitalisation of rural Ireland under the Government’s Project Ireland 2040 Rural Regeneration Programme. The Town and Village Renewal Scheme will be funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development and will be administered through Cork City Council.
Selection of projects under the Town and Village Renewal Scheme for 2021 will be by means of a competitive process. Expressions of Interest are now being sought for projects to be considered to be put forward for funding.
