O’Sullivans began the business by rearing free range turkeys and chickens on their own farm in Cork. They moved into trading in the English Market in 1990 and are now the second generation to run the market stall - you will still see the third generation as they pop in on occasion to help out! All of O’Sullivans poultry is locally reared and butchered in house - you can expect to find a variety of options available from free range chicken to wild Irish game.
