The Farmgate Restaurant

Located in Cork’s iconic English Market, the family-run Farmgate Cafe has been in operation for   25 years. It produces a simple and strong regional menu made with fresh ingredients every day. Classic and more traditional dishes that are served include Irish Lamb Stew, Fish Pie, Tripe   Onions & Drisheen, Corned Beef and Lamb’s Liver. This multi award-winning Cafe also bakes its  own traditional soda bread and scones every morning. All the meat and fish served is sourced     within the Market downstairs. The Farmgate Cafe prides itself in providing the best of Irish food, for breakfast or lunch, in a lively atmosphere where people can enjoy the wonderful Market.
