Calling all Young Artists for a creative adventure with St Peter's Cork and artist Billy Lingwood!

Join us on Cruinniú na nÓg for a day of creativity and exploration as St Peter's Cork opens its doors for a unique workshop led by Billy Lingwood which promises to ignite the imagination and nurture artistic talents.

This workshop will give kids a chance to experiment and create with cyanotype printmaking—a technique that combines science and art to produce stunning, ethereal prints. Guided by Billy's expertise and passion, kids will have the opportunity to unleash their imagination, experiment with different materials, and bring their artistic visions to life in vibrant hues of blue.

Workshop participants are also invited to exhibit their work in St. Peter's for the week following Cruinniú na nÓg, giving families and friends the opportunity to view the beautiful creations of these young artists. It's a chance for the budding talents to shine and for loved ones to witness the magic of their creativity firsthand. All pieces can then be collected by the kids, who as an added bonus will be sent home with photosensitive paper to continue their experimentation with this unique sunprinting style.
