Cork City Council is delighted to launch a new service using www.mycoco.ie to allow our Tenants to pay their rent online, among other services.
In addition to paying your rent online, the new MyCoCo service has the following additional features:
If you currently use Cork City Council’s online payment system to pay your weekly rent, you will need to register for MyCoCo on or before October 22nd to continue making your rents payments online. Please note your current login details and PIN can be used to access the MyCoCo system, if you do not know your Customer Number and/or PIN, please contact us at (021) 492 4000 for assistance.
If you currently pay your rent through Household Budget, through your bank, by phone or in person, you can continue to use your current payment method, but you can register for MyCoCo to avail of the additional services listed above.

Once you have completed the registration process it may take up to 24 hours to activate your account. Following activation, making online payments, and viewing transaction history will be available to you.
Our current online payment option will be replaced by this new solution and will no longer be functional from 4pm on Tuesday, October 22nd.
