COVID-19: Information and Frequently Asked Questions
for Social Housing Clients
During this global pandemic, Cork City Council is conscious of concern among our clients regarding the Covid-19 virus and we are fully committed to complying with public health advice to reduce the spread of infection, while maintaining continuity in provision of essential services.
Following the recent return to level 5 restrictions announced by the Taoiseach in December 2020, we need you to adjust how you engage with us. We would urge our clients, particularly those who may have health issues or may be in a demographic identified as being vulnerable, to contact us by telephone or by e-mail to resolve your housing queries.
Further information is available below in the COVID-19 FAQs folder, to answer the most frequent queries we are receiving and including contact telephone numbers and e-mails for all of our services.
We wish to thank our clients for their patience and understanding during this unprecedented pandemic, and also wish to acknowledge the support of our frontline staff in their ongoing commitment to maintaining our services to our customers.
