The scheme consists of the widening and enhancement of the greenway from Mahon to the City/County Boundary, approaching Passage West. The proposed works aim to provide a segregated section of greenway adjacent to the R610 Rochestown Road and enhance approximately 1.5km of existing walkways to Mahon Industrial Estate and Mahon Interchange. The works include widening and resurfacing of the greenway, landscaping and public realm improvement works, bridge repair & improvement works, provision of new public lighting, drainage infrastructure and other associated works.
