Dust off your dinner jackets and polish those dancing shoes as Lord Mayor, Cllr. Mick Finn has launched the 2019 Lord Mayor’s Spring Ball in Cork City Hall.
The black tie ball will be held in the Concert Hall on 23 March and will feature performances from Cork’s local talent, including local crooner The Loungeman, RedFM DJ Colm O’Sullivan and more!
Speaking at the launch on 17 January, Lord Mayor of Cork, Cllr. Mick Finn said: ‘’Following on from over €25k raised at the coffee morning and the Christmas Concert, the Lord Mayor’s Charity Spring Ball in aid of local groups, promises also to be the highlight of Cork’s social calendar. All proceeds above costs will be distributed to up five charities and those who attend on the night will enjoy the very best of Cork food, drinks and entertainment. Tickets can be bought in pairs or on a table basis so come along for a great night while supporting those who do so much for others.”
Proceeds from the Lord Mayor’s Charity Ball will be donated to Cork City Hospitals Children’s Club, Irish Guide Dogs for the blind, The Rainbow Club Cork Centre for Autism, Cope Foundation, Marymount Hospice and St Vincent De Paul (SVP)
