The Cork Pride in our Community Awards are open for applications from voluntary and community groups. The annual awards are organised by Muintir na Tíre and supported by Cork City and County Councils.
The Pride in Our Community Awards celebrate the efforts of groups in Cork city and county that work to develop and maintain community based amenities or projects, to raise awareness of their local environment, to work to eliminate litter in their areas and to conserve and enhance habitats in their area to support local biodiversity.
The overall awards are Pride of Cork City and Pride of Cork County with prizes in other categories, such as Biodiversity, Climate Action, Social Inclusion, Heritage, Youth Projects and Healthy Communities.
The 2023 winner of Pride of Cork City was Togher Community Gardens.
