Affordable Housing Scheme
Cork City Council has previously delivered Affordable Housing Schemes at the following locations across Cork City:
- Newton Heights, Boherboy Road, Lotamore, Cork
- Crann Darach, Middle Glanmire Road, Montenotte, Cork
- Cluain Chaoin, Kerry Road, Tower, Cork
- Ardrostig, Bishopstown, Cork
- Heathfield, Carriganarra, Ballincollig, Cork
- Danesfort, Whites Cross, Cork
Cork City Council will publicly advertise, via print and broadcast media, Affordable Housing Schemes when available, for the benefit of interested parties.
These advertisements will direct interested parties to the appropriate website/online platform from where they will be able to access the respective documentation (application forms, FAQs, eligibility criteria, income limits, etc.).

Seaberry Drive, Meadow Brome, Grange
Cork City Council, in partnership with Citidwell, are delighted to launch this exciting new affordable scheme in Seaberry Drive, Meadow Brome, Grange, Cork.
A total of 16 three-bed homes, comprising of 10 end-of-terrace and 6 mid-terrace houses, are being made available for sale under the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme. Applications will be accepted via an online application portal which will go live on Tuesday the 30th of July at 12 noon and will close 12 midnight on Tuesday the 20th of August 2024.
