Affordable Housing Scheme
Cork City Council is currently progressing the delivery of Affordable Housing on several schemes throughout the city, at the following locations:
- Newton Heights, Boherboy Road, Lotamore, Cork
- Crann Darach, Montenotte, Cork
- Coolflugh, Kerry Road, Tower, Cork
- Ardrostig, Bishopstown, Cork
- Heathfield, Carriganarra, Ballincollig, Cork
Cork City Council will publicly advertise, via print and broadcast media, Affordable Housing Schemes when available, for the benefit of interested parties.
These advertisements will direct interested parties to the appropriate website/online platform from where they will be able to access the respective documentation (application forms, FAQs, eligibility criteria, income limits, etc.).

Heathfield, Carriganarra, Ballincollig

Cork City Council, in partnership with MOS Homes, are delighted to launch this exciting new affordable scheme in Heathfield, Carriganarra, Ballincollig.
A total of 70 homes, comprising 54 three-bed houses and 16 two-bed houses are being made available for sale under the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme.
