City Northwest Quarter Regeneration Plan
Phase 2B, 1C
Cork City Council are delighted to announce that work has started on site, to deliver Phase 2B and Phase 1C of the City Northwest Regeneration plan. Works commenced on the 21/11/2022. These phases were designed by the Cork City Council Architects department and DTA Architects. The main contractor on both sites is MMD Construction a Cork based contractor. The development includes the building of 79 units with a mixture of 2,3 and 4 bed units.
