Cllr. Kieran McCarthy discusses the Burning of Cork and the investigative report Who Burnt Cork City
A investigative report on the events in Cork City on the night of 11/12 December 1920 was published by the Irish Labour Party & Trade Union Congress, Dublin in January 1921.
Entitled Who Burnt Cork City: A Tale of Arson, Loot and Murder, it contains the evidence of over seventy witnesses.
A fully digitised copy of the report will be available online with an introduction by Cllr. Kieran McCarthy.
