Experience the flavours of Cork as the city celebrates its unique food culture. Known for our culinary excellence, vibrant dining and nightlife scene, and exceptional local produce, Cork is proudly regarded as the food capital of Ireland. The region is home to the majority of the country’s artisan food producers and growers, making it a true haven for food and drink lovers.
Over five days, locals and visitors alike can enjoy exclusive dining experiences, food events, engaging talks, cooking demonstrations, a dedicated children’s programme, and plenty of festival fun. Organised by Cork City Council, the event is run in partnership with local hospitality businesses, Fáilte Ireland, Ireland’s Ancient East, Pure Cork, Cork Business Association and Cork Airport.
