CORK CITY COUNCIL the Local Authority for the City of Cork,
in exercise of said powers hereby make the following bye-laws for or in relation to the use, operation, protection, regulation or management of parks, open spaces and cemeteries which are under the control and management of Cork City Council
and are wholly situate in the City of Cork, except Saint Catherine’s cemetery which is situated in the County of Cork.
