Spin a Wheel to Support Local this Corkmas

With less than 12 days to Christmas, passengers arriving at Cork airport will once more be in with a chance of winning gifts showcasing the best of Cork retail, hospitality and culture.

Every day between now and Christmas, a random embarking passenger will be selected by Red FM’s Red patrollers to spin a ‘Corkmas’ roulette wheel to win an exclusive prize as part of the annual campaign in partnership with Cork Airport and Cork’s Red FM.

Meanwhile, in the city centre the Corkmas festive markets, Santa experience and weekend street performances continue on Emmett Place while the ferris wheel, carousel and SOLAS light experience is attracting huge crowds to Grand Parade.

As Christmas is all about imagination and children, keep an eye out for the Corkmas bus shelter artwork created by children, aged 4-11. Hundreds entered a competition in association with Cork City Libraries in the autumn with 27 children selected to have their creations feature across the city. Earlier this month, the children and their parents were delighted to be invited to City Hall by the Lord Mayor, Cllr Dan Boyle.
