Live Cooking Demonstrations

Among the attractions on offer at ‘European Maritime Days to Play‘ celebrations are live cooking demonstrations using local Irish seafood.

The Taste the Atlantic seafood experience is being brought to you by Bord Iascaigh Mhara (BIM), Ireland’s seafood development agency on Friday 23 May and Saturday 24 May.

Trained chefs, who are all former BIM Taste the Atlantic brand ambassadors, will inspire you with their recipes using Irish organic salmon, mussels and oysters produced along Ireland’s Atlantic coastline.

These include Fiona Keyes, Jaden Mascarenhas and Aoife Comerford who will be tantalising taste buds on the Cork quays.
