New this year is the Cork on a Fork Beerfest, organised by the Franciscan Well, which will see a host of beer events pop up across the city from free brewery tours to a three-course set dinner where all dishes will be cooked using beer, to late night gigs with beer samplings and even an ice-cream fest featuring ice-cream made with beer.
