NO.1 OF 2022
An Bord Pleanala has, on the 11th day of December 2023 made a confirmation order confirming with modifications, the above-named compulsory purchase order. The said order, as so confirmed, authorises Cork City Council to acquire the said land compulsorily. It will become operative three weeks from the date of publication of this notice. A copy of the order as so confirmed and of the map referred to in it may be seen between the hours of 10am to 4pm on business days at the public counter at Cork City Council, City Hall, Cork and, at all times, on the Cork City Council website page: Public Notices - Cork City Council
An application for judicial review of the said confirmation order under Order 84 of the Rules of the Superior Courts (S.I. No. 15 of 1986) may be made to the High Court within eight weeks of the date of publication of this notice in accordance with Section 50 of the Planning & Development Act, 2000 as amended, including as substituted by Section 13 of the Planning and Development (Strategic Infrastructure) Act 2006.
