Planning Information Leaflets
The Office of the Planning Regulator issued revised planning information leaflets in January 2021 to promote better public awareness around the planning process. A comprehensive review of information leaflets already in the public domain was undertaken in consultation with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, other departments and agencies of Government such as the EPA and planning practitioners through the Irish Planning Institute. These leaflets were further updated in September 2022 to take account of a number of recent legislative and policy changes and are linked below.
