Notice of significant further information submission to An Bord Pleanála
Notice pursuant to: Section 177AE (5)(d) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended) and the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended)
Notice is hereby given that Cork City Council has furnished An Bord Pleanála with a Further Information submission on 11th July 2019 with reference to the proposed public realm improvement works and flood defence works between Parliament Bridge and Parnell Bridge along Morrison’s Quay and Fr. Mathew Quay, and a short section along Union Quay close to Trinity Footbridge.
The Board considers that the said submitted documentation contains significant additional data and in accordance with Section 177AE (5)(d) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000, as amended, requires Cork City Council to publish a notice stating that significant further information in relation to the proposed development has been furnished to the Board.
A copy of the further information will be available for inspection at:
· The offices of Cork City Council, City Hall, Anglesea Street, Cork between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm, on working days from 16th September 2019 to 18th October 2019 (inclusive of both dates)
· The offices of An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1 between the hours of 9.15 am and 5.30 pm on working days from 16th September 2019 to 18th October 2019 (inclusive of both dates)
The further information may be inspected free of charge or purchased on payment of a specified fee (which fee shall not exceed the reasonable cost of making such copy).
Submissions or observations relating to the further information may be made to An Bord Pleanála, 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1.
Any submissions/observations must be received by An Bord Pleanála not later than 5.30 p.m. on 18th October 2019.
A person may question the validity of a decision of the Bord by way of an application for judicial review, under Order 84 of the rules of the Superior Courts (S.I. No.15 of 1986) in accordance with section 50 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended).
